Everything for a comfortable stay
We do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That is why you can enjoy various facilities at R&breakfast. Enjoy the sun in our courtyard garden, use our bicycle garage or relax in our lounge.
For the active guests we also have bicycles for rent. This way you can explore the surroundings of Roeselare in a sporty way. We also have several cycling and walking routes available to get you started.

Meetingroom
P.T. Barn, or Phineas Taylor's Barn, is an authentic space and inspiring event location. This multifunctional space of 100 m2 can be rented for personal meetings, presentations, demos, brainstorms, meditations or cozy and family gatherings (up to 15 people).

Garden
Enjoy the sun or get some fresh air: in the garden of R&breakfast you can benefit from various cozy sitting areas in a green city garden. Great for breakfast on warm days, sunbathing or challenging each other with a game of petanque. With or without aperitif! Warm blankets are available in winter. There is a separate covered smoking corner to serve smokers as well.
Bicycle garage
R&breakfast is a bicycle-friendly B&B. You can safely park your bicycles in our bicycle garage. Don't have any bicycles with you? In collaboration with Eco-velo (at 450 meters) they also provide extra bicycles, electric bicycles or tandems. Contact them directly and book in time, they will also deliver the bicycles to us if desired (let us know in advance). Be sure to check out our walking and cycling package!

Barrelsauna
In our city garden there is a barrel sauna for 2 people. You can reserve this (only if you stay in our B&B) between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, for 1 hour. Rate: 45 euros for 2 people.
3 Lounges
Enjoy the tranquility in our Salon or in Eve's Lounge. In a cozy large sitting area you will find our extensive library where you can dream away. But fun and old-fashioned board games are also possible. R&breakfast is also an ideal base for longer stays.
Do you have a light care question?
Do you have a light care question during your stay? R&breakfast developed from his own care network. In the context of a Hospitality+ service, we try to assist you as best as possible to make also your stay smooth and pleasant. Contact us by phone on 0475 41 07 85, and we will look at your question together (in all discretion).
Dogs allowed
Do you want to take your four-legged friend with you during your stay? No problem! Dogs (up to 15 kg) are allowed in our B&B. There is also a lot of greenery within walking distance to walk your pet. As the owner, do you keep your pet on a leash in the common areas and are you considerate of other guests? For the stay of your pet we ask 12 euros extra per day.
Aromaroom
In the summer you can enjoy scents and herbs. The herbs from our own garden are processed into scents that subconsciously affect your body. This improves your breathing and you relax completely. We also adjust the background music. Only music with a pitch of 432 hertz, the natural pitch of the voice, is heard. The music sounds soft to the ear and has a great impact on your senses. Rate aroma room: 25 euros for 20 minutes.

Come to yourself or be inspired by friends, family or art? The Capella Quirini is a spiritual chapel where you can relax or where small groups can come together. The chapel can accommodate about ten people.
