The B&B is located in the heart of Roeselare city center, just 475 meters (a short walking distance) from the central train station. Shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance

Yes, there is a separate, fully equipped kitchen exclusively available for our guests to use.

Is parking available nearby b&b R&breakfast?

Yes, parking is never an issue. You can easily park for free in the street, the surrounding neighborhood, or in the local district. Additionally, several paid underground and surface parking options are available within a short walk.

Can I safely store and charge my own bicycle?

Yes, we feature a covered and secure storage room where you can safely park your bicycles. Electric bikes can also be recharged here free of charge.

What is the minimum stay?

You can stay with us from at least 1 night. Both short-term and extended stays are welcome.

Can performances or cultural events be hosted here?

Absolutely! The B&B features its own 100 m² theater room where small productions, intimate performances, and try-outs regularly take place.

What options are available for breakfast in R&breakfast?

R&breakfast offers two distinct breakfast options: Full Regional Breakfast: A rich selection featuring artisanal local delicacies and regional products, perfect for a relaxing start to your day. Express Breakfast: Ideal if you are in a rush or need an early morning start—a lighter, quicker breakfast option.

Can I receive an invoice for my company?

Indeed you can.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (16:00 – 19:00). Need to check in at a different time? Please contact us in advance to discuss the options. Check-out: Until 11:00 uur. For wedded couples and family we make an exception till 13.00

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs up to approximatly 25 kg are warmly welcome! We kindly ask that you contact us in advance regarding pricing and arrangements for bringing your dog.

What does Roeselare and the region offer?

Roeselare is one of the fastest-growing cities in Belgium. There is plenty to experience in terms of shopping, culture, and gastronomy. Roeselare is also located in the Heart of West Flanders, 20 minutes from the coast, 20 minutes from Ypres, and 20 minutes from Kortrijk. It is a quarter of an hour from the French border and 30 minutes from the Netherlands. It is therefore an excellent base for travel by car, bicycle, and train. Roeselare boasts numerous cycling and walking routes and is surrounded by a number of provincial forests and estates, including the Sterrebos, Rumbeke Castle, Bergmolenbos, Rhodesgoed, Krommebeekbos, and nearby Wynendaele Castle and Groenhove.

How do I reach R&breakfast from the Train- station or Bus-stop?

The bus stops and the train station are located at the exact same transit hub. From the station/bus stops, it is a quick 5-to-6-minute walk (475 meters) straight to our front door.

Is luggage storage available at R&breakfast

Yes. If you arrive early or wish to explore the city after checking out, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge

Is the historic building wheelchair accessible?

Due to the historic architecture and original staircases, the building has limited accessibility for wheelchair users. Feel free to contact us if you have specific questions regarding room accessibility.

Yes, fast, two complimentary Wi-Fi networks are available throughout the entire B&B.

What does the 'Artist in Residence' formula include?

We offer a unique Artist in Residence formula. Artists and creators can stay with us for an extended period while making use of our rehearsal and theater spaces to develop and refine new productions in peace.
